Lagoon Haven House is nestled within the exclusive Middelvlei Estate, a hidden gem set in the heart of the Middlevlei Nature Reserve and Bird Sanctuary. Surrounded by 360 hectares of pristine Marine Nature Reserve, this private haven offers unparalleled tranquillity between the Atlantic Ocean and the Botrivier Lagoon.

The gated estate has sweeping views of the surrounding mountains and direct access, via a charming wooden bridge, to kilometres of untouched white sandy beaches. The estate invites you to reconnect with nature in its most unspoiled form. Here, spectacular sunsets and the rhythmic sounds of the water are part of everyday life.

A true sanctuary for wildlife enthusiasts, the estate is home to elegant resident flamingos, graceful pelicans, and even the occasional herd of wild horses wading through the lagoon.
